My name is Seven (they/them).
I am a here to serve the planet with as many light frequencies as possible and to initiate my soul aligned clients into their highest timelines. I'm here to guide you into your most ecstatic embodied magic, so you too can fully own your creative life force energy.
I've been certified as a shamanic energy medicine practitioner, breath-work facilitator, and spiritual somatic relationship coach. But these labels don't begin to capture what I actually do.
I'm repeatedly told that my work is meant to be experienced. It's a transmission and not easily explained.

Breathwork Meditation Journeys
This bi-monthly class will take you on an adventure of your internal landscape, navigating the present, and possibilities of the past and future. We use breath as a vehicle for clearing blocks and expanding your source of wellness. This can be a stepping stone to making breath-work and meditation a powerful part of your daily routine.
